Cymcynwyn Farm

Cwmcynwyn Barn was converted by the Stephens family.
The Barn is self catering open plan accommodating up to 14 people. 17th Century oak beams have been retained as has much of the old stonework.

An important part of any gathering is the preparing & sharing of a good meal – so a well equipped kitchen/dining area with large farmhouse table provides space for the whole family to eat together.

The kitchen comprises solid fuel Rayburn, electric hob, oven, microwave & fridge freezer.

Our water supply comes from a mountain spring so you needn’t bring bottled water!

The large open stone fireplace which stands below the dining room is a focal point. Tastefully complimented by a hand crafted oak settle & spiral stone flooring – it’s a fantastic place to relax, open a bottle (or two) and enjoy each other’s company.

The lounge offers a wood burning stove, plenty of comfy seating, TV & DVD /video but best of all great views of the mountains from a large window.
